Shipping
Shipping options are provided at checkout. Items will be shipping out within seven business days of order.
Tracking will be provided once the order has shipped and may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Returns
All items bought at full price can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping costs, providing the item is returned unused, with all tags and original packaging. In this case a notice must be made to ZAS within seven days of receiving the item. Return shipping not provided by ZAS and must be handled by the customer.
All items bought at 50% off may be exchanged for an (1) item of similar value or be returned for store credit providing the items are unused with all original tags and packaging attached.
We reserve the right to refuse return of an item, if the item under examination upon return has been damaged or sent back in any condition making it unfit for restocking. Any item listed as final sale (60% off and higher) is as stated and is not returnable or refundable.
Return shipping costs is solely the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. Store credit cannot be combined with sale offers of 40% off and above.
